Pahani.com’s major revenue model runs on advertising property listings through mainstream media and other resources and we shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to your physical or intellectual assets due to our partners. Pahani.com will not be your representative in any of our services which include Buying, Selling, Leasing, Investing, and infrastructure development.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree not to:
- Cause any harm to the physical and intangible assets of Pahani.com, its employees, its third-party associates or any other users.
- Use the content from Pahani.com for creating another similar platform
- For creating spam emails, use the services in any way that is unlawful
- Impose the employees or 3rd party associations of Pahani.com for your personal activities
- Cause any damage to the content online or damage the website and its social media handles.
Pahani.com works on a case to case basis and hence the brokerage fee is subject to change. The fee quoted by its employees will be final and can be changed by the firm in any case without prior intimation. In case of a change in the commercial structure, all parties involved will be duly notified in the expediency of Pahani.com Upon agreeing to engage a property listing with Pahani.com you are agreeing to give the firm and its associates 45 days to connect you with a potential Buyer/seller/investor. In any situation, where Pahani.com fails to deliver in the initial 45 days, there will be an extended grace period of 15 days that starts from the day after the 45th day. The user is to provide all the necessary information and documentation asked for by Pahani.com and its associates.
If the user or the immediate family of the user purchases or sells the listing to the party introduced by Pahani.com within a year from the initial transaction date, then, the buyer and seller will be obliged to pay Pahani.com a sum of 1.5% of the sale value. The buyer and seller, however, will have to process 1.5% of the sale value individually towards Pahani.com
In events of silent sales, the firm connects sellers with buyers and will not be held liable for information leaks caused by the buying or selling parties.
